| Introduction | I have been a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker since 1980. I was born at Cape Cod Hospital & grew up in Harwich. Shortly after obtaining my real estate license, I successfully completed the National Association of REALTORS' classes for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) permanent designation. I qualified for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1984, based on a dollar volume of transactions and continuing education classes. I have also completed the At Home with Diversity program. During my career I have been affiliated with local agencies in South Harwich, Orleans, Chatham and Brewster, giving me valuable real estate experience with areas outside Harwich. I was awarded the Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) credential in 1998, which certifies my ability to fully represent buyers in their purchase of their Cape Cod home. I studied Buyer Agency under Diane Brothers, the nationally known, buyer-agency trainer. As an exclusive buyer broker (buyer agent) for the past eight years, I have been one of Cape Cod's most successful buyer brokers in terms of number of clients represented and client satisfaction. |
