Introduction	I am a stay-at-home Mother of 6 and married to my only man of 15 years! I have gained a strong desire to regain my health with the purpose of being a missionary to serve the Lord. My body is my only vehicle in life. I believe that God's wisdom has led me to this. Here I will share what I learn about health, well-being, and God.
