Introduction	I am, and always have been, an avid foodie, cookbook reader, and creative chef. At the age of 31 I was hit by some major health problems, and it turned out that I was allergic to milk, eggs and soy. Because of my extensive knowledge of how food works, I didn't have too much trouble cutting these things out. I then went on a dietary journey to recover my strength and, in the process, tried almost every healthy diet known to man, such as vegetarian, raw food, low protein (with good carbs), low glycemic, etc. Well, I've recovered and I want to share my creative cooking secrets.
