Introduction Nicola has over 20 year's experience as a recruiter and manager. Roles have ranged from working for one of the high street agencies as a consultant and then branch manager, to 15 years at information industry specialist consultancies in the UK and 2 years in the US recruiting accounting & finance professionals in the LA area. Nicola has managed teams of up to twelve consultants and administrators and has contributed to the marketing, operational management and business development of the firms where she has worked, reporting to Director and owner level. Nicola has also worked, via The Library Career Centre Ltd, as a career coach and adviser helping professionals assess their skills, craft their CV/resume, consider their career direction and which roles to apply for and to prepare for interviews. This practical experience has been supplemented by gaining the Diploma in Recruitment from the REC followed by Fellowship, and by study for an MBA at Henley Business School, University of Reading.
