| Introduction | A flght attendant for 32 years (Air Ceylon, Air Lanka, SriLankan Airlines) - was a trainer in Safety & Service to them, who were the back-bone. Resigned in May 2008 (just 3 days prior to completing 29 years at AirLanka which became SriLankan Airlines) when it dawned in me, that I needed meaning to my life. I had always wanted to make a 'Life' than a 'living' & boom! I awoke and saw that I was in an organisation that had not been able to achieve a top-ten position& in business performance ranking in all its history. Realising that I was wasting my time being in an non challleging atmosphere I am glad I had the guts to step off the roller-coaster. It was a &glad re-Awakening in my personal life, and will be sharing with you, little snippets that were worhty enough to have been noticed. |
