| Introduction | I am a teacher turned businesswoman and currently run three KIP MCGRATH after-school franchises where we provide support for students who need to catch up, keep up or get ahead with their schoolwork. Besides bringing students up to speed with their school year level, I try to foster a growth mindset which focuses on being the best version of themselves through hard work and a “can-do” attitude. Writing provides me with a creative outlet and I write a weekly motivational blog, a travel blog, educational articles and curriculum material. I try to get into my little suburban garden as often as I can and am a couch spectator for rugby, cricket and tennis. I love to travel and to write about my travels. I love learning about the wonderful places in our world and learning about new cultures, cuisines and creeds. I am at my happiest when I am immersed in nature because nature has beauty, simplicity and sustenance that is unparalleled. |
