| Introduction | My name is Kristen Schnelle and this is the story of my family. After meeting the love of my life, Seth, we decided that we wanted to create our own American dream. So, I said goodbye to my job, house, worldly possessions, family, and friends, and we moved to Panama . After having our baby girl, Taelyn, we decided to move on to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and see what the Quintana Roo had to offer.
