| Introduction | My name is Jaime Powell and I am a detective, a philosopher, and a healer. My choices have brought me through extremely dark places and through prayer, transformation, and acceptance I have experienced profound Light and Beauty, and I am always open to more of That. The modalities I use are yoga, writing, questioning, all with a playful and serious spirit. This blog is to help me develop the daily practices that keep me thriving in this body so that I can do what I'm here to do...love, serve and enjoy Life. My intention with this blog is to create a space where I can check in daily with my self care practices, and perhaps stir up some support out here in cyberspace, and maybe even inspire someone, even one person, even if it's just me, to care for ourselves more so that we can healthfully and authentically care for others. |
