Introduction	My name is Tim Day, I come from an Exchange and Active Directory background and in mid 2010 I attended a conference at Microsoft Canada in Mississauga on Lync Server 2010. The revamp from OCS was a real eye catcher. When Lync RTM in November I started to deploy in a test lab, from there the passion grew to deploying it to our clients all over the GTA. 3 years later the passion for Lync and Unified Communications has gotten a whole lot bigger. Now I look for new ways to expand Lync, if it be with O365, multi forest topologies and SBAs. Can’t wait to see what the next versions have for us.
