| Introduction | Welcome, My name is David. I am the Artistic Director of the Maple Leaf School of Russian Ballet located in Victoria, B.C. Canada. I first got involved with dance at the age of 6 years old. I have trained with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School Professional Division, as well as the Goh Ballet Academy Youth Dance Company. My dance career was very short and painful, and I hope that through my own teaching that I can make a difference so that dancers don't have to endure what I did in a so called "Professional" world. I have attended many teaching certification courses, and seminars, as well as adjudicated dance festivals. I love teaching, I love classical dance, but most of all I love my three children. |
