| Introduction | I started playing poker in summer of 2006. I made several unsuccessful deposits on Ladbrokes, PartyPoker, Pokerstars and just about every other poker site going. Then I discovered Cardschat and 2+2 poker forums and started to actually learn poker theory. In Spring 2007, I made a $200 deposit on Pokerstars with my new found knowledge, I thought I had a chance at this game. I played the $10 sng's and quickly increased my balance upto $1500. After realising my future belonged with cash games, which took quite some time to make the transition, I began playing them seriously at the start of 2008. Hence this blog, 'Champagne Supernova'. 2008 was always going to be a Supernova year, and it was a great year. Lets hope 2009, will be an amazing one! |
