| Introduction | Today I specialize in the listing and selling of residential real property. I serve the Greater Chattanooga area which includes over a dozen counties in SE Tennessee and several counties in NW Georgia. Over the last 35+ years I've worked with many Chattanooga area buyers, homeowners, and investors to accomplish their real estate needs. I am active in the market everyday. I want every client I serve to become my client for life. My real estate career began in July 1976 as a sales agent with Ferger Bros., Realtors®, a company founded in Chattanooga in 1887. My management experience began as the sales manager for Ferger Bros. after I graduated from UTC in 1977. In early 1979 I became a Real Estate Broker. Education wise, I have a BS degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have continued to enhance my real estate education every year and have earned a number of designations, which helps to explain the random alphabet that follows my name. I stay current to serve market my clients live in today. In Chattanooga, I have worked as a sales agent, a broker, consultant, and a company owner for a number of independents and for franchises. |
