Introduction | Originally from just outside Brussels but living in Antwerp since 1990. Have an interest in a lot of things, mainly history, religion(s), science (fiction) and anything related to ancient cultures and the non-orthodox views on those cultures. I love photography and tend to go out on short trips to point my camera at a wide variety of subjects. Tools of the trade are a Canon PowerShot SX1-iS and Canon EOS D600 (aka Rebel t3i) with a couple of generic Canon lenses (55mm, 80mm, 250mm, 300mm) a 250mm Tamron aspherical lens and a 500mm Maksutov mirror lens. Pics that worked out well tend to get confided to photopaper through either my Canon PiXMA iP6700D, PiXMA MP990 or my latest purchase, a PiXMA Pro 100 A3 printer. Also am into building/assembling/modding computers, drawing and a lot of reading. Musical preferences are situated in the Hard Rock/Heavy Metal corner, although my taste is rather eclectic. It's about the music in the first place, not the genre... Am fanatically against fanatism and I'm the most optimistic pessimist I know... |
