Introduction	(En francais a droite en bas) Born on April 7, 1965, to Marie-Rose and Pierre Moulin in Yssingeaux, a town in south-central France, Marie-Pierre enjoyed life as the ninth of nine children on a small family farm. As a young woman, she began a career in tourism that indulged her passion for travel. In 1998, while working in the U.S., she met and eventually married Greg Carannante. They lived blissfully in Hollywood, Florida. She became the director of U.S. headquarters for a Parisian tourism company. In January, 2004, three months pregnant with her only child, she was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor. She made the difficult decision to keep her child, and on July 14, 2004 -- the French holiday known as Bastille Day -- Pierre was born. During the almost five years that she courageously fought her disease, her little boy gave her as much happiness as any woman could have. She passed away on Sept. 27, 2008, a beautiful woman, a devoted mother, a true inspiration.
