| Introduction | I'm hopelessly additicted to running... So much so, that back in 1996 I got plantar faciitis. So I layed off the running and started biking and swimming which led me into triathlons. After 12 years of doing triathlons I'm back to just running right now. I have a beautiful wife and 3 handsome boys, ages 7, 8 and 10. |
