Introduction	This blog is about preventing Alzheimer’s and Autism. My mother in law has Alzheimer’s. My husband Dennis N Crouse who is a scientist began by reading the scientific literature to try to find ways to help her. He was surprised to learn there is no treatment for Alzheimer’s. He continued to read trying to find a cause so he could then find a treatment. He achieved his goal. The information he learned shocked us as well as gave us hope. Research has reached a tipping point and aluminum is a causal factor of Alzheimer’s. The good news is silica water effectively removes aluminum from your body. My mother in law has been drinking Fiji water which is rich in silica for the past few years. The improvements we have seen continue to surprise us. She use to talk only about things which happened many years ago, now she talks about what happened during the day and the past few days. Her ‘sundowners’ has decreased significantly. I am passionate sharing this information as it will have a tremendous impact on lowering the incidence of these diseases.
Interests	I am a nature nut !!! I love being outdoors exploring and learning about everything in our world - birds, plants, insects, snakes, frogs etc. I enjoy Hiking, Gardening, Birding, Canoeing, Biking
