| Introduction | I retired in 2008 from my career as a Horticulture Instructor. Planning ahead for my retirement job, I had started 'planting' my plant farm in 2004. My main crop was flowers, cut bouquets and plants. I opened for business in 2009. Many of my early working years have been in food management. In 2011, I added a bakery line at the 2 Farmer's Markets we attended and business exploded! Since 2012, 90% of our sales are bakery. "Market Bakery" sells at the Mankato and New Ulm Farmers Markets. |
| Interests | Anything outdoors. Can't stand to be in the house in the summer! Love being grandma and I have 4 grandsons. I love working, period. Baking, gardening, floral design, cooking, entertaining friends and being w/my family & girlfriends.(guys too!) |
