| Introduction | Recently I was diagnosed with premature diabetes. I am going on this diet/detox for two reasons: one, to hopefully make my disease retroactive, and two, obviously, to shape up and lose some weight. I'm a grad student, I love hiking with my wonderful boyfriend and our dog, geo-cacheing, fishing, music, snowboarding, and reading (kind of boring). |
