| Introduction | I am a solid liberal based on the results of the political ideology quiz. I am taking this class in order to fulfill my government credit requirements for my major. As of today, I only have one experience of voting, which was during the last presidential election. I hope to learn more about how the political system works in Texas as opposed to how it works in other states and how it works into our larger, federal government. After this class ends, I hope to continue learning and paying attention to politics because I did not do well on the political knowledge quiz. I wish to be more politically active once I learn more about how the political system works. Though I did not do as well as I hoped on the political knowledge quiz, I did better on the general knowledge quiz than I thought I did. |
