Introduction	I'm just your average almost 30 year old that has woken up and realized, "Hey, I'm not so young anymore!" Somehow I came across the primal/paleo lifestyle, tried it for a bit, and can't believe how great I felt! I'm giving it another shot, with a little more effort this time. I have a little more motivation to do this now, as my son is due in Janary, and I'd like to be in the best health possible to keep up with him.
