| Introduction | Hello Everyone...I am from Bhutan. The studies that i underwent brought in me an interest to create this blog. Social issues that has been inflicting the countries around the world and Bhutan,a small landlocked country though, is no exception now.
My study covered all Social, Political and Economic issues concerning all the South Asian Nations.I am now interested to explore and study more on these issues especially which are hitting Bhutan, the small landlocked country surrounded by big China and India. Bhutan, after ending its isolation and after 100 years of Monarchy has now transformed into a Democratic state and it would be interesting to study its new policies, new Government and especially the challenges it will be facing from China and from many other social, political, Environmental and Economic factors. I invite everyone to post issues and their thoughts from all the angles that are concerning especially Bhutan, the small Himalayan Kingdom. Currently, I am serving as a Lecturer at the Royal Thimphu College, Thimphu. |
