Introduction	Kaboronyogan Cultural Network is a regional alliance of VISUAL and THEATER artists, WRITERS and MUSICIANS in Bicol. It aims to promote the Nationalist and Pro-People culture. Its member organizations are from different sectors: worker, peasant, urban poor, women and youth. Kaboronyogan was established in the early 80's under the initiative of some patriotic teachers through its famous theatrical piece "Titser ng Bayan". It continuously engaged not just in performing but organizing rural and urban based youth to form cultural organizations, giving out trainings and mounting cultural activities such as poetry night, concerts and theater productions which reflect the Social context of that period. Kaboronyogan was declared as the Regional Cultural Center of Bicol by BUGKOS, a National Alliance of artists in the Philippines.
