| Introduction | Matt Ebbs is a player representative and a lawyer with the firm of Charron Langlois LLP. Matt attended St.- Michael's College (U of T.) from 1984 to 1987, and obtained his honors degree in 1998 from Carleton University in International Relations. He then graduated from University of Ottawa Law School in 1991 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1993. Matt also obtained his M.B.A. from Queen's University in 2004. Matt comes from a long line of local lawyers. His grandfather, John P. Ebbs, who played for the 1906 Ottawa Senators, practiced law in Ottawa until 1965. His father, John B. Ebbs, has been a lawyer in the local community for 60 years. Matt practices in the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates as well as Corporate and Sports Law. Matt is a family advisor who advises hockey players and athletes worldwide. |
