| Introduction | I provide evidence-based psychotherapy and hypnotherapy services to individual children/teens and adults 10+, couples, and families who are motivated to improve their lives. Oftentimes people seek my services when daily life becomes difficult to manage due to relational conflicts, overwhelming anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and ongoing trauma.
