Introduction | I am a Life Coach with a counseling emphasis specializing in relationships, career, and self identity. After being inspired by my own post-college unexpected challenges and experiences, I wrote the first guide book written exclusively for young women, entitled Twenty-Something, Twenty-Everything: A Quarter-life Woman's Guide to Balance and Direction. www.20something20everything.com. Today I support both men and women in discovering the answers to the questions I was struggling with: Who Am I, What do I want, and How do I get it? I lead seminars and workshops and speak to twenty-something audiences around the country. I also serve on the executive board of the Sirens Society www.sirenssociety.org, a non-profit organization of proactive women dedicated to making the world a better place through philanthropy and business. Currently, I am working on two new books, The Twenty-Something Manifesto stemming from my experience counseling twenty-something’s and Chicken Soup for the Twenty-Something Soul.
