Introduction	Simply put, I'm a lover of food - especially when it's in good company. Whether it's cooking, baking, photographing, or simply eating good food - in the comfort of a friend's home or at a local hole in the wall - my life revolves around the stuff. It's a love that's been amplified greatly by my travels over the past several years. Now home and happy in Nova Scotia, I'm learning to recreate these and other new dishes, many of which for the first time (and with the use of an oven!).
