Introduction	Simply put, I'm a lover of food - especially when it's in good company. It's a love that's been amplified greatly by my travels over the past several years. Now home and happy in Nova Scotia, I'm learning to recreate these and other new dishes, many of which for the first time (and with the use of an oven!).
