| Introduction | Jack is my Christian name, I am 57 yrs old, born in Chicago, and now live in North Texas. I have been married to Kaye my beautiful wife, of 39 years. Multiple Sclerosis has been added to my life recently, and I have experienced bouts of Atrial Fibrillation for 5 years.
