| Introduction | I am a 55 year old corporate executive working in Coal India Limited since 1984.Never dared to change the job due to financial constraints. A mining engineer by profession I have been working in HR function since 1994. My specialisation area has been Training & Development. I have an MBA and a Diploma in Training & Development. My passion is Creative Writing and I have a Diploma in Creative Writing in English. I am a voracious reader and more than 20% of my earnings is spent in books and periodicals. I have been remotely associated with the Chinmaya Mission, Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Brahma Kumaris. I am very assertive and have the guts to call a spade a spade. That may be the reason why I do not have many friends and I am socially secluded. But very few people who know me well are with me since long. My thought process does not allow me to gossip about people and peep into their life styles and that's why I am not a good conversationalist. At least that's what people around me think. After all how many people like intellectual exchange of ideas? If this blog gives you a bit of my mind I will be grateful. If you are here please have a taste of it. |
