| Introduction | I launched Sage as a lifestyle store in September 2006 and two years later launched the online store. I set out to offer a unique shopping experience one that makes you feel good with a soothing, restful environment and a firm emphasis on satisfying the senses through fragrance, texture, quality and good-looks. As with everything in life our business and our lives have changed beyond recognition in the last couple of years; now with two beautiful girls in tow and having condensed the business to better accommodate our new family we are purely an online store. This has been a positive change in our lives but has brought with it huge changes in the way our business functions and in my feelings towards what matters, particularly in relation to 'stuff'. Having soul searched this particular topic at length I am reassured that my values here haven't changed much at all - good quality, functional and beautiful home accessories are still a great investment and still help make your house a home!
