| Introduction | A Rochester, NY native, I studied Urban Planning and Architecture at the University at Buffalo and Fine Arts during a study abroad at the The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India. I returned to Rochester in 2009 to continue work as an artist while completing a TESOL masters degree at Nazareth College. I graduated in December of 2010 and worked as an ESL teacher in Jefferson High School's Newcomer ESL Program. From July 2011 to April 2012, worked as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Nepal. There I worked with students from grade 2 to 10 at Shree Jalapa Secondary High School near Kathmandu. I also taught several professional development classes for EFL teachers through the Nepal English Language Teachers' Association. |
