| Introduction | I'm a former couch potato extraordinaire. Single mom of two teen boys in Denver. I started waking for exercise some where around the age of 40 (2004)and from there decided to run and then somehow in 2008 I ended up doing a sprint tri. Fell in love with it. I did a couple of sprints the next year with plans to work toward an oly, which I completed last year. This year I find myself signed up for a 70.3. Who knew? |
