| Introduction | 13 years experience in technological fields within government and private entities. Prior to joining CIVC, I served as Commercial Attache for the State of Israel in Hong Kong and Macao, initiating JVs and investments, facilitating and encouraging bilateral trade between Israeli, Hong Kong and Chinese companies. During this period I established the China-HK-Israel Investment Council. Between 1999 and 2001, I served as Economic Representative of the State of Israel to the Gulf States of Qatar and Oman. In 1999, I was appointed by the government of Israel as a board member of Israel's Coal Company. Prior to that, I was the Investment Manager for North America, Investment Promotion Center. In the private sector, I was CEO of Delta Three Israel, the first Internet telephony operator, later listed on NASDAQ. I served as a Lieutenant in the Israeli Defense Force, and today I am a Member of the International Women's Forum. BA with Honors in Political Science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia. Happily married to Eli with three lovely children, Liron, Omri and Ophir. |
