| Introduction | My association with Information Technology is around seventeen years young (and counting). I have had the opportunity to work in various domains (Credit Cards, Insurance (Auto), Retail Banking, and Portals) during this period. I believe in delivery excellence through process driven work, however, not necessarily the documentation; as I see process as a planned sequence of steps with definite inputs, outputs and entry and exit criteria. This approach has helped me in overcoming almost all the challenges that I had faced during various past assignments. The "routine" does not interest me. |
