| Introduction | Tayari Howard is a 39 year Radio Veteran and was the Host of "The Lites Out Lounge" heard Monday thru Friday over Smooth Jazz 98.1 KIFM. He is the second of four generations of his family in the broadcast industry. His mother is credited as being one of the first Black female Radio personalities in America. Tayari is also a journalist and has written and photographed more than 3,000 stories which have appeared in several San Diego newspapers. |
