| Introduction | I am a wife, mother of two, and teacher to many. Teaching is a second career for me, and I've learned that it's more of a lifestyle than a career! Despite the frustrations that come with teaching, I wouldn't trade it for anything. My computer and I spend too much time together, so I haven't quite figured out why I'm starting a blog (which only insures I'll spend more time with my computer). I've gotten so many ideas and seen some really cool classroom stuff, so much so that I can't quite wrap my head around how I could use it all in my classroom (even though I really want to!) I guess I'm hoping that blogging helps me sort things out, put words to my thoughts, and improve my teaching. Nothing is perfect, after all, so maybe this will be the tool that helps me continually fine tune my craft. |
