Introduction	I don’t fish (except for compliments), but I like fish… and these days I find myself surrounded by quite a few on a daily basis. My working life has found me in a variety of occupations including Drafting, restaurant cook, caterer, Office Manager, Retail Sales, Bookkeeper… With an eye out for what’s new and interesting in the world of foods – my contribution will be to share some of what I’ve found and collected through the years.
