Introduction	Though American born, I am "Trini to de bone!" I have lived in the Caribbean for years. At a tender age, I just knew I loved art; drawing caricatures, cutting out defined shapes to make cards, making candy pouches and expressing my emotions through poetry. I was always quiet, but soon realised that in order to be noticed I had to get out there! Working my way up from courses to gaining work experience, after years of struggle and hardship, I finally got my BFA in Graphic Design at AIW. I have been working towards my goal ever since, being faced with challenges, but never letting anything get in the way of my success! I, Janeel Archer-Royer, now the Creative Director of Janquil Designs and SPEAK poetic expressions, have been working diligently to create an atmosphere where I can speak to the world through visual communications and expression. I would like to open my door and mind to you; so as to show you the many opportunities out there.
Interests	Design, graphic design, poetry, swimming. Anything with a background of visual and self expression.
Favorite movies	Movies with drama, suspense and action filled. Ocassionally, chick flicks and comedies.
Favorite music	Genres that entice the mind to think outside the box!
Favorite books	Material with suspense and mind thrilling!
