| Introduction | I enjoy the out doors, especialy the well cared for beaches along the Elephant Coast of KZN South Africa. The 4X4 BAN, or the closure of our beaches to reasonable motor vehicle traffic has upset and disrupted my life beyond belief. I lost many customers, and thousands of people lost their economic opportunities when domestic tourism within the Elephant Coast collapsed due to the knock on effects of the 4X4 BAN. I am doing what I can to force the governement to take a more reasonable approach to the use of our beaches as an ecotourism opportunity, and educating all who listen about possible solutions to the economic crisis caused by the 4x4 ban |
