Introduction	Simplement pour me donner du courage et j'espère en donner aux autres (!?), voici l'histoire des différentes étapes de mon 'aventure' Hot Yoga. Parceque j’aime bien faire les choses à fond et les unes après les autres, mes enfants s’amusent à énumérer mes engouements et guettent mes nouveaux ‘cycles’... Cette fois, ils vont être servis!!! .................................... This blog is simply to give me some courage/motivation and hopefully give some to others too (?!). Here is the story of my Hot Yoga journey with all its steps. Because I like to do things totally, one replacing another one, my kids say I go through 'cycles' and they have fun enumerating them and watching for what's next... This time, they won't be disappointed!!
