A night photography specialist, her first book, Night and Low Light Photography, was released by Amphoto books in August 2008. During daytime hours she works for PDN Custom Media and Events as editor of the ASMP Bulletin and a producer for education and events projects. Waterman has presented seminars and workshops for photography organizations and schools nationwide. Her widely exhibited photo series, The New Year’s Eve Project, has received notable press, including a 2003 appearance on The Today Show.
