| Introduction | I seem to have taken 'not doing much with my life' as some sort of mandate rather than challenge and spent the last 20 years of my life turning it into a sybaritic art form. It is a fervently held belief of mine that one can be a useful member of society without having to break too much of a sweat, forgo chocolate or alcohol or get up much before ten. |
