Introduction	I started running in May last year several months after my youngest was born 10/08. I have been addicted ever since. I have challenged myself to not only just run but i also competed in my first triathlon this fall. I look back and think wow who was that and where has she been all my life. I'm about 50 lbs overweight and have carried it around for about 20 yrs. I used to think i'll never be like that i was so athletic in high school and i think i spent 10 yrs denying i was overweight. Well i'm about to turn 40 and i'm not going to carry it around anymore. I think getting rid of it will help resolve alot of deep seated issues i had with my past and 2 failed marriages. I'm excited to be this confident girl again. I hope you can get inspired by my blogs. Please be patient this is all new to me.
