I write to keep track of all my cooking disasters and successes, dining experiences, and travel adventures- which always end up being culinary tours. Many of my entries are for the members of The Happy Club, a group I created among friends dedicated to dining well and spending less by taking advantage of Happy Hour specials in Austin.
