Introduction	I'm originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I spent the first 27 years of my life. As a kid I had every allergy you could think of - nuts, dairy, chocolate, wheat. I grew out of almost all of them, except for the nuts. But in 2002 something just wasn't right and after 2 years of ongoing tests I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in March of 2004. It was an uphill climb to find foods I like but after 6 years I've got this down to a science and thought it was time to share my love for food and hatred (my body's that is) for gluten.
Interests	Cooking, wine, traveling, trying new restaurants, excerising and playing sports.
Favorite movies	When Harry Met Sally Monster's Inc Cinderella
Favorite music	80's, Madonna, Live, Sinatra
Favorite books	Tough one - not a huge reader - but I'd have to say Lucky
