Introduction	I have been actively engaged in higher education for more than four decades since 1970, teaching Chemistry in Colleges for 6 yrs., in University of North Bengal for 12 yrs.and as Registrar of the University of North Bengal for 20 yrs. After retirement, I worked for 2 yrs. as the Registrar of the University of Gour Banga, Malda.I was the Director of Distance Education in the University of North Bengal during April,2010 to June,2012. I am competent in academic administration at the University level.
