| Introduction | Jason St. Claire is the Artistic Director of the Omaha Academy Junior Choir. In its inaugural year, the Omaha Academy Junior Choir seeks to provide an exceptional music education to the young students of Omaha, beginning with the third grade. As enrollment increases, and as music skills are built, additional choirs will be established to continue to provide an extraordinary musical experience to young learners throughout the Omaha area. In addition to the Omaha Academy Junior Choir, Jason assists with directing the Archdiocesan Children's Choir of the Archdiocese of Omaha, is the tenor section leader and member of St. Cecilia Cathedral's Schola Ceciliana, and is the Executive Director and Assistant Conductor of the adult semi-pro chamber ensembles, Madrigali et al and Critical Mass. Apart from his directing duties, Jason also is a sought after tenor for choirs and solo events around the U.S. Recently, he performed in Boise, Idaho with the choral ensemble Critical Mass, under the direction of Dr. Bruce Browne and Dr. Christopher Raynes. Jason also performs frequently for weddings, funerals, solo recitals, and runs his own voice studio. |
