| Introduction | These are stories based on the lives of bunch of friends who grew up together in
the beautiful Doon valley in Northern India. Some of them went to the same school while others lived in the same neighborhood. They rode the same bikes, wore each others' clothes, agreed on fashion all the time, and aspired to live life to the fullest. The entry into the harsh real world made them drift apart, though. But they missed home and they missed each other. They kept in touch however possible and reunited during vacations. And yet it became more and more difficult to keep up with the daily events of each others' lives. And then, out of the blue came the idea of a blog. Licence Era was born. Its thick of 70-80s when guys get bearings and India is still in Licence Era -- closed economy. Theirs is the generation which has seen this transition from socialistic, self sacrificing reasoning to more consumerist society. Ride with them as they get nostalgic about the good times they spent together. Sit back and enjoy as they travel to interesting places and bring back memories to share.
