| Introduction | I'm a 20 year old college student with a passion for cooking. I have an obsession with food - cooking it, eating it, looking at it, you name it. My family often complains that when I come home they get fat because I spend so much time cooking and baking for them, and the fact that the Food Network is on almost 24/7 doesn't help either. Luckily I love making over recipes to have a healthy spin and all of my recipes are full of health benefits and are typically quite low in calories. I believe that food is much more than just sustenance for the body but that it feeds the soul as well. Food brings people together in many ways, not just at the dinner table. |
