| Introduction | Writing is a natural talent of mine that I have kept hidden most of my life only sharing with those closest to me. For the last five years, my work required traveling to different cities where I've had the honor or meeting some amazing humans and sharing life stories. I've come to realize that although we all have many differences, beneath the surface we are all quite similar. In light of that, I am breaking down my own barriers, digging deeper into myself and giving life to my creative energy. This past pandemic year has brought many challenges, but with that a new mindset for working remotely and online learning opportunities. Baking has been a love of mine for many years. I made a bold decision to give permission for my passions to exist enrolling in an online Pastry Arts Program, elevating my skill level and bringing a positive purpose to this pandemic period. Through this pastry arts program, the idea for Baba's Bake Shop emerged! I created this blog to share the excitement, challenges and courageous efforts as I cultivate an event catering business coming to you and yours in 2021!
