| Introduction | Having spent over 10 years lovingly restoring dilapidated and sorely neglected properties in London, we upped sticks to the vibrant second city of Birmingham with the challenging brief to restore a period gem with the tightest budget imaginable....alongside realising our dream to open a property refurbishment and interiors shop in the heart of Moseley village. After 2 years of roller coaster house hunting rides, we finally found our Victorian gem...5 bedrooms, crumbling conservatory with a 20 year old buddlia gripping its internal walls, 300 ft forest garden with years ot twisted neglected growth concealing ancient plants firmly bedded in rich, organic soil. Not forgetting the resident pigeons roosting on the top floor and very keen for another 10 year tenancy.
